May we introduce our company as follows ;

We established a travel company in Bali in 1990 and have been doing doing business since then. This company named ; PT. Bali Mas Lestari Tour and Travel.
Our tour guides are regular employees and not freelancers. Beside speaking many languages fluently our tour guides are trained well to serve our guests as sincerely as possible. We do not take the guests shopping more than it is necessary. BML always prepares cold wet towels and mineral water in a car or bus for day trips. Guides understand where and who they should contact in case of emergencies. Being tied up with Sanglah, one of the biggest hospitals in Bali.
Our Ref. Office lacation in Indonesia such as ; Jakarta, Surabaya, Yogya, Manada, Lombok. The head office in Denpasar - Bali.



GENERAL INFORMATION

LIABILITY, Bali Mas Lestari Tours actually as agent of the various transportation companies, hotels, airlines etc. that serve you and your clients. They are therefore free from responsibilities for any loss, damage, destruction and / or other irregularities which may arise from or are caused by neglect of such companies which are involved in the component or part of the tours Bali Mas Lestari Tours also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.

PAYMENY, Payment must be made three weeks before arrival through the following Bank : BNI 46, Jl. Gajah Mada 30, Cabang Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

INVOICE, Invoice will be sent to your office soon after completion of our service.

VOUCHER, Please issue a voucher for all service required, clearly explaining service to be provided. A duplicate of the voucher must be forwarded to our office well in advance to confirm your aceptance of the arrangements made. The original voucher should be handed to us by your clients on arrival on arrival for invoicing.

RATE, These rates are quoted nett per person in US dollars based on current exchange rate.
CHILDREN'S RATES ;
Under 12 years ....... free of charge
2 - 12 years ............ 50% of full rates ( sharing room with parent )
Over 12 years ........ at full tariff rate.

TOURS, Tour rates includes : tours and air conditioned transportation as indicated in the program, admission fee, guide fee, accommodation at hotel as state based in sharing twin, meals indicated in the itinerary. Tour rates excluded ; airfares, airport tax, optional tours, other personal expense ( telephone, laundry, tips, excess baggage etc. )

INSURANCE, all equipment used by Bali Mas Lestari Tours are fully insured. However, your client are advised to obtain personal baggage and accident cover.
